Very cool vibes, and a lovely interior. Rebecca (?) was super knowledgeable, and gave an authentic perspective. Drinks were perfect, food was incredible, and portions were exactly right. We would absolutely return.

The restaurant was full on a Monday evening, a good indication of its popularity and quality. We really appreciated the vegetarian/pescatarian options. The cocktails were unique and fantastic. We started with the chive cakes, which were excellent. The black pepper tofu was very tasty, with delicious chunks of king oyster mushroom and mildly spicy jalapenos, in a delicate peppery sauce; and the stir fried chrysanthemum greens were wonderful. The vibe was very lively and fun. Would definitely go back!

Thai Carnation had some yummy Curries for us today on this cold and damp day. We asked for our curries to be medium-hot and the server brought out an assortment t of chilies so we could spice it exactly how we wanted. We started off with an appetizer of Chicken Satay. The chicken was sparse on some of the skewers but the peanut sauce was amazing. I probably could have eaten another order of Satay but decided to save room for my curry dish. I had the massaman curry while my friend had the red curry. Both were excellent and a good portion of meat was added. Everything tasted fresh prepared and delicious.
