My husband and I came to Malek on a wish and a prayer for our 18th anniversary after finding this restaurant on Open Table. Malek has just opened 2 weeks ago and one of the newest additions to the app; therefore Malek had not received any reviews. Without much to go on, I was skeptical; however our experience was OUTSTANDING. If I could give 10 stars I would. The atmosphere was elevated but inviting. Our waiter was attentive and engaging- not interrupting our meal or conversations with overly frequent visits. He was also our bar tender and made an amazing Old Fashion. Now to the food….the Mediterranean flavors were curated to perfection in each dish! Chef Yosef definitely cooks with love and intentionality in every aspect. Made us feel as though we were in his home country at his family dinner table. The food was delicious yet light without a heavy feeling afterward. We continued to eat after we both were full out of pure pleasure. I am pleased to be the first to leave a review and to welcome everyone to try out Malek’s. Our beautiful mistake turned out to be our new staple restaurant!! Can’t wait to go back.

We had an absolutely great time! Service was amazing, the best service of any where on the beach. Food was great and the prices are about what you would expect to pay for a great experience.

Fantastic food and service. I was looking for something authentic and delicious. This place hit the spot.
