On Sundays, Colombo House opens for brunch and lunch, offering relaxed sharing platters alongside Sri Lankan favourites.Our cooking is rooted in family recipes, reimagined through a modern, ingredient-led approach — sourcing locally while importing key produce weekly from Sri Lanka. The drinks list champions locally sourced coffee, tea, soft drinks, craft beers, ciders, and artisanal spirits. Our wine list has been carefully curated to complement the bold, nuanced flavours of the food, in collaboration with local wine merchants Artis Vin, Ridge & Bard of Hastings.

    Such a great atmosphere at Bills! Great environment and such friendly, professional staff providing excellent, attentive but not intrusive, service. The menu is varied and original to suit all tastes with a some delicious specials to choose from as well. The food is fresh and tasty, beautifully presented as well. Highly recommended!!

    Fantastic service, even with it being tourist season and it being busy. The food was top quality and we were well looked after. I have mobility issues, and not a problem at all getting to my table. The toilets are upstairs, due to the age of the building
