We’re proud to be part of the historic district in downtown Lewes, honoring the tradition of 18th- and 19th-century oyster houses and taverns. At Lewes Oyster House, we serve tavern-inspired fare made with fresh, regionally sourced ingredients—and we partner with local farmers whenever we can. Guests enjoy crisp lagers, unique wines, and handcrafted cocktails in a lively, welcoming setting. We’re a favorite among year-rounders, vacationers, and weekenders—and just five minutes from the Cape May–Lewes Ferry, we’re a perfect stop for day trippers from Maryland and New Jersey.
