    ​Fantastic food and even better service! We’re usually skeptical of BBQ restaurants because they can all start to taste the same (looking at you, Famous Dave’s), but this place is several levels above them. ​The staff was so welcoming, the menu had tons of variety, and our server was funny and helped us pick out some amazing dishes. We couldn't have had a better experience. We’ll definitely be returning whenever we’re back in town.

    With friends passing through Rochester from Chicago, I selected Five West because I knew I could rely on the diverse menu, appealing atmosphere, quality waitstaff, and good value. The hostess was pleasant and adaptive when our reservation needed to be pushed back due to a late arrival. Our waitress was training another young gal, and they tag-teamed our table very smoothly. As a bonus, the cheesecake of the day/week was outstanding. Thanks for a wonderful dining experience.
