El restaurante Grace's surgió de la visión del propietario Johnny Carraba, como un homenaje a los buenos recuerdos que tenía de su querida abuela Grace Mandola. Nestled in the heart of Houston’s West University neighborhood at 6119 Edloe Street, Maximo is a progressive Mexican restaurant from the Local Foods Group team that combines authenticity and adventure. Shareable plates, from crudos and salads to entrees and desserts, entice guests to explore. The restaurant is open Wednesday through Friday from 4 - 9 p.m. for dinner service, Saturday and Sunday from 11 a.m. - 3 p.m. for brunch and 5 - 9 p.m. for dinner service.

Estamos enamorados de este restaurante . Estamos de visita en Houston y de casualidad nos topamos con este lugar, nos encantó!!!!, el único pero que le podría poner es lo ruidoso del lugar, pero creo que es una característica general en esta ciudad. Fuimos a cenar 2 veces en 3 dias. No se lo pierdan, vale la pena, no solo el sabor, la calidad y la presentación de los alimentos. El servicio de todo el personal es impecable, felicidades a todos
