He moved away from Ludlow to gather experience which took him to France, where he cooked for 2 Michelin starred Jean-Luc Rabanel.Zach Hermon's career started at the age of 15. He has worked at some of the country's most prestigious restaurants including Raymond Blanc's 2 Michelin starred 'Le Manoir aux quat saisons' and more recently 2 Michelin starred 'Moor Hall' in Lancashire - Winner of first place at The Estrella Damm National Restaurant Awards.

    Wow. What a place, friendly staff and a good range of beers / drinks. The menu was a tough choice as I could have eaten every dish on it. Settled for the scallops followed by the plaice in mussels sauce with French peas. Everything cooked to perfection and tasted superb. Finished with the peach panacotta which was also delicious. Can’t wait to go back again!

    a very welcoming place, so friendly. The food was delicious, hot and very quick service. The staff had plenty of time for us, a delight!
