Excellent quality food, well presented & great friendly staff. We ate on a busy Saturday evening in half term and quality of everything was good. A very nice white Vinho Verde accompanied our meal. Treacle Tart for pudding with clotted cream very tasty too. We would recommend.

Food was good all round but the Spicy Curry was exceptional. Service attentive but not in your face. Cost was just over £100 for 2 diners for 3 courses and a bottle of Chenin Blanc. Will definitely return and would recommend.

Great steak Diane could not fault the food, wasn’t overly keen on the seating area as a couple sitting outside what felt like a corridor to a room but overall was a great atmosphere very friendly staff that where very attentive, the Singer they had in was amazing shame we had to leave so early ! Looking forward to returning

Wow!! Simply wow!! The food OMG that was the best steak I have ever eaten, the atmosphere was really nice the staff were polite and considering the place was rammed there wasn’t an empty seat in the place the staff checked on us served us promptly and politely. I am definitely coming again and would recommend the plough to anyone. Value for money 10 out of 10 the portions were huge. The quality top shelf!! Thank you for an amazing evening
