Red Dog is an authentic Bar and American BAR-B-Q restaurant, serving 18-hour roast ribs, brisket, aged chuck steak burgers and much more, all best enjoyed with tasty cocktails or milkshakes.Barbeque grew up in the South of the USA where cooks learned to slow roast cuts of meat over fire pits to make them tender. Exposure to the smoke of the smouldering wood added a distinctive smoky and juicy taste to the meat. Our award-winning smokers have been imported from the USA and are built to recreate the cooking process of those original fire pits. We use the traditional American woods of hickory and mesquite to give a full smoke flavour, and the meat stays in the smoker for up to 18 hours.

    Bottomless brunch was absolutely brilliant Drinks & food was so good, lovely vibe at Rodeos Wolverhampton. Kaci looked after us & I can't give her enough praise, always attentive and so friendly. Her name was Kaci. Always there with the cocktails and so happy to serve us. She offered us the ride on the Bull, it was absolutely brilliant & so much fun. I will definitely be going back again, thank you the lovely customer service..

    Great addition to lichfield. Went with some girlfriends last night and the food was amazing, had a great menu with loads of different options. We had cocktails too which were perfect! 👌 Will be back!
