    First time dining at Santorini and we were so impressed!! Our server Efren was excellent. The martinis were perfectly made. The food was the real star….just absolutely delicious! We had the grape leaves served over yogurt with the most incredible meat sauce over them. I’ve never had a grape leaf prepared that way and it was fantastic. We shared two more small plates (prawns, simple but very tasty, and the homemade spanakopita, which was excellent). They are hand making everything, including the bread that comes to the table. We’ll be returning often. So happy to see this kind of restaurant in Myrtle Beach! Highly recommend.

    Food was excellent, service great and ambience and where we were sat was lovely. Our initial beverages were not as hot as we expected but the server remedied the issue and replacement was much improved. We love The Independent whether dining for brunch or dinner and will be back!!
