The South Fork Lodge, nestled along the banks of the South Fork of the Snake River, features upscale Americana crafted by James Beard Award-winner Chris Bianco. Our family-style menu emphasizes local ingredients and seasonal fare. The Machete Bar, located inside the South Fork Lodge, provides one of the region’s finest wine lists, whiskey collections, and selection of local beer. *There is no menu, it is chef's selection nightly, served at 7 PM family style. If you have any dietary restrictions, please be sure to make note of them. Feel free to come earlier for drinks and appetizers. Expect dinners to range from $80-145 per person.*No-show reservations will incur a charge of $50 per guest if not notified within 24 hours of the reservation. *South Fork Lodge is CLOSED to the public, the Machete Bar and dinner service are by reservation only.
