Nonna's Kitchen is a multiple award winning and locally owned establishment operated by Tobias Steeves and his siblings. After taking over the the original owners in 2021 they have sought to elevate the experience even further by adding a full bar and focusing on quality handmade dishes and superb service. Tobias is also a world class bartender and mixologist who has placed nationally in numerous mixology competitions and personally curates our cocktail menus and spirits lists. Meander embodies relaxed indulgence. Be prepared to enjoy your multi-course meal carefully and thoughtfully crafted by our executive chef, who designs the tasting menu each evening. Courses range from five to 12, depending on fresh ingredients available from on onsite greenhouse, the season, and any themes we may be highlighting (such as Chinese New Year or St. Patrick's Day). Our bar is finely curated to offer mid- to top-shelf spirits. All mixes, salts, and syrups for cocktails and mocktails are made in house and augmented with fresh ingredients. The dining room seats 16 people, so each person's experience is personal, private, and delightful. We only offer one seating in the evening at 6:00. Bar opens at 5:00. Meander is the onsite restaurant for Shortgrass Resort, built by Cappie, Alex (Sprout), and Rachel, as seen on Building Outside the Lines on the Magnolia Network and streaming on Max.The resort is child-free, with a minimum age of 18. No pets.

    We just love Snitches and always have the most wonderful experience there! From the moment we walked in with a question about parking to the very end of our evening, we were greeted by a warm and caring staff that took care of our every need with a smile and fabulous service! Our waitress, Ellamia, was extremely professional and so pleasant to be served by! We will be back and would highly recommend a visit to this little, hidden gem of a restaurant in the Tin Lizzie Casino, Deadwood.
