Since it opened in 1886, food has been an integral part of what attracts people to Basin Harbor Club and Resort. Ardelia's is our home for fine dining. It's open for dinners on select nights, as well as serving breakfast daily. Please note the space is rented for weddings and may have blackout dates. Open seasonally.

Rí Rá is located in an historic bank building, designed by Boston based Harper & West, that was completed in 1931. The pub opened for the first time in March 1999, and was extended in 2002 with the addition of the Library area. In February 2012, The Whiskey Room opened its doors. As you enter Rí Rá, you can imagine yourself walking through a door that leads you across the pond to experience the best pubs of Ireland. The pub interiors were salvaged and restored in Ireland prior to being shipped to Vermont. We are proud to showcase a unique and genuine Irish pub in the heart of Burlington.

    From the moment we walked in we felt at home. The food and service were the best we experienced in Stowe. We had a wonderful evening.

    Everything about our dinner was outstanding. Ambiance was lovely without being pretentious. Servers were friendly and knowledgeable about the menu. Martini was spot on. Focaccia bread and herb butter were so yummy we ordered seconds. Salad was very good. Grilled vegetables were out of this world. Steak tartare was well presented. And German chocolate tart was delicious. The best meal we’ve had in a very long time. Chef is creative with his choice of flavors, and it is truly and experience for your tastebuds. Only wish we lived close by to come here as regulars! A true gem of a culinary experience.

    This was by far the best meal we’ve had in the area this summer! Meal was to perfection. Lovely presentation and exceeded our expectations - make a trip to the Harbor soon and eat at Ardelia’s!
