Experience Vermont through an ever-changing, multi-course tasting menu created by Executive Chef Joseph Nardo. Inspired by the finest ingredients of the Northeast Kingdon, each menu celebrates the season through modern technique, local farms, and thoughtful storytelling.The supper club is offered Thursday, Friday, and Saturday evenings, with seating at 6:00 PM by reservation only. The experience lasts approximately 2.5 hours and is $85 per guest (beverages, tax, and gratuity not included).While we are happy to accommodate some dietary restrictions with at least 48 hours' notice, modifications are very limited due to the nature of the tasting menu. Unfortunately, we are unable to accommodate vegan diets, or guests who cannot consume butter.A credit card is required to hold your reservation, and cancellations within 24 hours will be subject to a fee.

    The experience was fabulous! The dinner club menu presentation along with explanation from the chef was exquisite,delicious and fun!  The Inn at Burklyn property is so rich in history and detail! It is a very special place to visit whether you stay at the Inn or dine there! After dinner we joined Autumn who was playing her guitar and singing songs that we requested by the fireplace inside! Songs from “The Sound of Music” , Fleetwood Mac and John Denver we enjoyed by all! The staff is always serving with a smile too❤️ A great experience all around!

    The service - the food and the drinks were incredible!! We celebrated our anniversary there prior to going to see Bob Marley on Friday night. We will go back!!
