Nestled in the heart of Houston’s West University neighborhood at 6119 Edloe Street, Maximo is a progressive Mexican restaurant from the Local Foods Group team that combines authenticity and adventure.     Estamos enamorados de este restaurante . Estamos de visita en Houston y de casualidad nos topamos con este lugar, nos encantó!!!!, el único pero que le podría poner es lo ruidoso del lugar, pero creo que es una característica general en esta ciudad. Fuimos a cenar 2 veces en 3 dias. No se lo pierdan, vale la pena, no solo el sabor, la calidad y la presentación de los alimentos. El servicio de todo el personal es impecable, felicidades a todos

    El foie caliente llegó frio, el seabass sabia a que llevaba congelado 3 dias, la carne muy buena y la pasta también Muy atentos todos, aunque un poco lento, tardaron en llegar los platillos, muy buen vino
