From the early days of cattle drives to the continuous family ranches you drive past on your way in, the area is known for its sprawling acreage and the historic trail that the cowboys of the 19thcentury used to help drive the growing economy that was being built by using cattle as the main industry. The Cracker Trail was long and treacherous with heat, swamps and predators along the way, but these cowboys still ventured out every day to ensure the economy we enjoy today is thriving. So raise a glass, and to toast the history of the ranch. Here’s to bringing a little cowboy to your day.
