The restaurant showcases Chef Son's approach to Vietnamese influenced cuisine with a focus on fermentation, preservation, and hyper-seasonality.

The Authentique is a French-owned wine bar and crêperie in East Nashville, home to the largest wine-by-the-glass list in Nashville: 66 French wines by the glass and 190 by the bottle, every pour chosen by our sommelier. To preserve the atmosphere of the bar, all bar seats are reserved exclusively for walk-in guests.
   We kindly ask that you arrive on time, as reservations will be held for up to 10 minutes past the scheduled reservation time before being released to our waitlist.
   To ensure as many guests as possible have the opportunity to enjoy our limited booth seating, some reservations are subject to a 1.5–2 hour seating time, depending on seats, reservation time, & day of the week. Particularly on Fridays and Saturdays, our most frequented days.

   The award-winning MICHELIN-starred The Catbird Seat now welcomes guests to its beautiful new home on the fifth floor inside The Bill Voorhees Building on 8th Avenue South. Join Chefs Tiffani Ortiz and Andy Doubrava for an innovative, playful, and seasonal multi-course tasting menu rooted in bold creativity. Thoughtfully curated alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverage pairings, along with cocktails and wine, are available to order during your experience. Dinner is $195 per person plus beverages, gratuity, and tax.
   Food allergies must be communicated to The Catbird Seat when making your reservation. We do accommodate vegetarian diets but require advance notice. We CANNOT accommodate vegan diets, mushroom allergies, or dairy allergies.
   Come early or stay late, and visit The Patterson House, our adjoining cocktail bar, for a pre- or post-dinner drink.

   Bastion is the 24-seat restaurant of James Beard Foundation Award Nominee Chef Josh Habiger. It is located in a separate area within the casual cocktail bar of the same name, and it is a part of Nashville's Wedgewood Houston neighborhood. In November 2025, Bastion was awarded a MICHELIN Star.
   Bastion's dining room features counter seating around the kitchen for parties of 2 as well as three tables for parties of 3 to 6. Bastion's small team serves a weekly set menu of six dinner courses featuring many dishes with a wide variety of flavors, ingredients, and inspirations. Friendly service guides you through the culinary experience, which also features wine pairings, creative cocktails, and a curated vinyl soundtrack. Come early or stay late in the hidden Little Bar, which is a private offering for guests of the restaurant.

Kisser, created by Brian Lea and Leina Horii, is a nod to Japanese kissaten—a cozy spot for comfort food, drinks, and community. Brian, a California native, honed his skills under chefs like Charlie Palmer and Jose Andres. After roles at Husk and Trois Mec, he returned to Nashville with Strategic Hospitality. Leina, from a restaurant family, shifted from pre-med to working at renowned eateries like Red Medicine and Bastion. Kisser marks their first venture together. In November 2025, Kisser was awarded a MICHELIN Bibb Gourmand.
