Time counts at BJ's Restaurant & Brewhouse. Since our humble beginnings back in 1978, we've continued to refine our brewhouse experience to make BJ's a place where you can make the most of any meal. We want BJ's to be a place where the moment you leave is the moment you plan on coming back. We pride ourselves in our craft and attention to detail. Our guests come here for our award-winning handcrafted beer. They come here for the Southern California twist we've put on the Chicago-style deep dish pizza. And they come here for our Pizookies®, our world-renowned dessert. But above all we know people come here to make their good times better. So in many ways we haven't just crafted a brand, but a mindset. And our guests are the reason for this. And it's because of them we're continually striving to make sure every moment they choose to spend with us counts. Welcome to BJ's, a restaurant with a Brewhouse soul.

Had not been to a BJs location in a few years. Was surprised to find they have a much smaller menu now. Food was good, nothing special. Dessert was great!

It was decent, the food just did not taste good. I'll give them kudos on the French fries which are basic and the dessert. I'd never go back again. I'd compare them to a chilies but chilies food tastes better.
BJ's Restaurant & Brewhouse - ShenandoahRespondió el 28 de julio de 2026
Thanks for your feedback, Ileana. We're glad you enjoyed the fries and dessert, but we're sorry to hear the rest didn’t meet your expectations. Your comments are important to us, and we'll work on improving our menu. We hope you'll consider giving us another chance in the future.

Our server, Robert, was top notch! I will ask for him next time. Good was good - not great. Experience was really good until they had a shift change and the “new server” came in complaining and telling us, “No rush, but ai have another part waiting in this table.” They weren’t even busy and the booth behind us was the same size and empty! Not ok!
BJ's Restaurant & Brewhouse - ShenandoahRespondió el 7 de abril de 2026
Thanks for your feedback, Mikki! We’re glad to hear Robert made a positive impression. We appreciate your comments about the shift change and will address this with our team to ensure a seamless experience next time. We look forward to welcoming you back!

Chicken Parmesan was good, as were the chips, salsa, and Guac; but the strawberry salad was almost all greens and chicken with very little else. Server was excellent, ambiance great, drinks great. Probably go back but I sure won't order strawberry salad.
