Sadly was turned away since there was a private event I would appreciate it if they could reheat my demand for a reservation online instead of finding out when I get there that I’m unable to go eat.

Très bien apprécié mon expérience au bar, avant le film. J'y retournerai certainement bientôt, de nouveau au bar ou à une table.

Malgré une réservation on nous indique qu’il y a un événement privé, la personne nous attribue tout de même une table . Il est 20h et on nous prévient d’un délai de 1h pour souper. Aucun problème. Finalement 1h15 après on nous dit que ce sera en salle pendant le film à 22h. Effectivement, commande 20h reçue 22h05… je passe les détails sur tous les plats absents ainsi que les vins que nous avons du prendre puisqu’il y avait trop de commande de cocktail et que les boissons aussi auraient été attendus longtemps. D’ailleurs aucune commande de boisson prise à l’intérieur pendant le film il fallait sortir commander!! Bref rien ne fonctionne dans le VIP alors ne payez pas plus cher pour le service que vous n’aurez pas. Dernière expérience pour moi!

Horrible! Nourriture exécrable. Frites froides. Sauce des nachos pas suffisante et ne goûte pas bon. Prix exorbitants. Serveuse aux cheveux longs non attachés! Confusion à la porte d’accès au salon VIP. Site web VIP pas clair. Vraiment, expérience ridicule et complètement dégradante pour Montréal !

We waited over 30 minutes to get served. After 30 minutes, we are being told we have to wait a next 20 minutes because they are short staff. The manager was supposed to cancel our order and she took her baby time. Out of all the cinema VIP forums I've been in Canada, Montreal is the worst! Hire more staff instead of having people wait for an hour just for a BURGER. The waiters were cool!

I had to write the food a one star but I wouldn’t actually know as we never got served! We arrived 20 minutes early and where told by the door person to go chose our own table, I guess as the place was empty aside from two other customers and staff. We sat for over 30 minutes past our reservation time and we never spoken too from any of the staff. Finally we got fed up and left; we ended up having an amazing dinner at Rosters (in Alexis Neon) instead. My advice, never bother with the fourm’s “restaurant” it’s a waste of time. There definitely is many other options, two of them being eat in the actual movie theatre as your movie is playing (the service there was amazing) or go to Rosters.

This was my first experience at Cineplex! I loved it. The food took a little long to come out, but my server who was just the sweetest explained that the kitchen was running behind and discounted my meal. The best service, good food, good prices. Recommend and will go again!
