Superica
– “where sunshine spends the winter” – also known as Tex-Mex cuisine served in an Old-West-inspired atmosphere alongside music inspired by Austin.

The cuisine is a combination of 1950s Tex-Mex and the wood grill that has taken the food to another level by way of fajitas and more. An “evolved Tex-Mex menu,” includes the classics: tacos, nachos, tamales and enchiladas plus more intricate dishes such as wood-grilled fajitas and shrimp tacos always served with just-made flour tortillas, all while paying homage to the traditions and recipes that have been a part of the Texas culture for decades.

The meats for the fajitas was excellent. Much higher quality than your typical fajita meat at a Mexican restaurant. Service was very good and the homemade salsas were excellent.

Food was extremely good. Our drinks were amazing. Service was decent, but not exceptional. Our waiter was extremely friendly but I felt he could have been slightly more attentive. He was extremely knowledgeable of the menu. The vibes in this place are extremely good. I do think it is a bit over priced for what it is. I think that is the price you pay in Nashville now. Overall I do recommend and we will certainly be back. It is a great spot for a date night if you want to still be relaxed. They can also make a killer traditional ranch water.

We are frequent visitors to Superica and brought some friends of ours from Chattanooga to dine there over the weekend and they loved it. Superica did not disappoint.

Food was delicious, however the waiter rushed us through dinner. Our drinks had not even arrived before main entrees.
