Featured Items

• Bisque

Is a creamy velvety soup of French origin, traditionally it is made with shellfish and thickened with rice. In our recipe we use crawfish and roux with a hint of brandy and a touch of creole spices to create a smooth finish.

• Creole Sauce

Also known as red gravy, is a staple in Louisiana kitchens. It's a mixture of Haitian Creole and Italian influence, based on regional creole tomatoes and the creole holy trinity of poblano, onion and celery

• Tartine

French open-faced sandwich traditionally topped with spreadable ingredients. It literally means a slice of bread, this open faced sandwich tends to showcase the quality of the toppings by giving them a stronger spotlight.

• Maque Choux

is a dish consisting primarily of sweet corn, beans, tomatoes, peppers and okra
