We dined here on three separate occasions during our week’s stay in Hayle due to how amazing the food and the service was. The atmosphere was so welcoming & we could not have asked for better value for money. The menu changes daily due to their local suppliers; on each visit during the week there was something new to look forward to & they catered well for all tastes. I have a dairy intolerance, this was not an issue, plenty of choice & alternatives provided. As a family of picky eaters we cannot recommend The New Inn highly enough - to a point that we returned three times in one week & drove 20 minutes out of Hayle to get there. It beat all restaurants in the area.

Our visit to the Tartan Fox did not disappoint! The relaxed and friendly atmosphere created by the wonderful waiting team made us feel immediately welcome and comfortable. As an avid follower of Adam’s work the food lived up to our high expectations. We started with the Haggis scotch egg made using the hens eggs from their own Chicken coop and home made brown sauce was phenomenal and we could have eaten that on its own. To follow we enjoyed the crab macaroni and smash burger which were incredible and like nothing we had tasted before. We would highly recommend this restaurant to anyone and will be returning again for a second visit very soon!!

Always good reliable food and a relaxed atmosphere with lovely views

Fabulous food and service, as always. We especially loved the scallops, steak, and desserts.

We had Sunday roast dinner,, beef and pork. They were really good; well cooked and plentiful veg and tasty meat. It was excellent value . The staff were friendly and helpful.
